My services
Responsible for the independent and professional management for the Executive Vice President of Corporate Compensation & Benefits, Performance & Feedback department, including the necessary travel planning on an international level
Acting as an interface within the corporate department to all other Company Units and new team members
Support the coordination of cross department activities and the onboarding processes of new employees
Support new colleagues in the optimization and development of further internal processes and form the interface for that topic.
Prepare presentations and documents in Arabic, English and German based on specifications and follow up on meetings in Arabic, English and German
